Welcome to JOI.gg, operated by Spiritforge Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use JOI.gg.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

You may use JOI.gg for personal, lawful, and consensual communication and roleplay.

You agree not to:

  • Use JOI.gg for harassment, exploitation, or non‑consensual content
  • Impersonate others or share illegal content (e.g., involving minors)
  • Attempt to decrypt, reverse engineer, or misuse the system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

3. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of the images or content you upload.
  • By uploading, you grant us a non‑exclusive, limited license to display and host that content on JOI.gg.
  • AI‑generated content produced during chats is owned by Spiritforge Studios but licensed to you for personal use.

4. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is core to JOI.gg.
With client‑side encryption, we cannot read or associate your private chats.
Moderation applies only to public or shared content (e.g., bot listings, public images).

5. Payments and Refunds

Subscription and token purchases are handled by third‑party payment processors.
All payments are final except where required by law or processor policy.

6. AI Disclosure and Liability

The character is AI‑generated and experimental.
It may produce fictional, explicit, or offensive material.

You agree to use discretion and acknowledge that:

  • The AI is not a real person
  • We make no guarantees about accuracy or behavior
  • You are responsible for how you interact with it

Spiritforge Studios is not liable for harm, offense, or misunderstanding arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • JOI.gg and Spiritforge Studios are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be settled in Wyoming state or federal courts.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
